1、 What is DPF and what is its use?

DPF (Particle Catcher) is a ceramic filter installed in the aftertreatment system of diesel engines, which mainly filters the particulate matter (PM) from exhaust gas emissions to purify the exhaust gas.

2、 Why is the DPF blocke

These carbon soot particles trapped by the DPF are burned off inside the carrier in an actively or passively regenerated manner and converted into a small amount of ash material, which is a non-combustible substance that is mainly composed of chemical components of lubricant additives such as calcium, sulfur, zinc and phosphorus compounds.
